Easy and fast to prepare! A delicious snack
Brownie Bliss balls - Almond, dates, coconut and cacao balls

These raw bliss balls are delicious, easy and fast to make. You will need a food processor
Ingredients
- 1 shot of coffee (optional – omit if you do not want a hint of coffee taste)
- pitted dates x 15*
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup almond meal
- 2/3 cup desiccated coconut or shredded coconut + more to cover if covering in coconut
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder + more to cover if you want to cover with cacao
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until all is well mixed. Scrap the sides and pulse again.
- Remove the blade from the processor bowl. Using your hands, make small balls (I do about 3cm+ diameter). Roll the balls in desiccated coconut or cocoa, to taste. Enjoy!
The balls will last a few days in the fridge, but they never last long in my house 🙂
*You can use pitted dates that come in a packet, they are significantly cheaper that fresh dates. If the dates appear dry, you may want to soak them in hot water for a few minutes, then drain them well, by pressing the water out. usually a fresh paquet will be fine without the need to soak.
